Each use of the Site constitutes your agreement to be bound by the then-current terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.


1. Limited license to use the Site

Artellium reserves, and will enforce to the fullest extent possible, all rights that it may have with respect to copyright and trademark ownership of all material contained in the Site.


Artellium grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to display and otherwise use portions of the Site solely for your own private, non-commercial informational purposes only, and to print pages from the Site only in connection with that use. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any text, graphics, logos and other source-identifying symbols, designs, icons, images, or other information, software or code obtained from the Site.

2. No offer of employment

7. Limitation of liability


Neither Artellium nor any of its directors, officers or employees, nor any third party vendor will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage that you may incur from any cause relating to your access to, inability to access, or use of the Site or these materials, whether or not the circumstances giving rise to such cause may have been within the control of Artellium or of any vendor providing software or services support. In no event will Artellium or any third party vendor be liable to you for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, incidental damages or any other damages of any kind even if Artellium or any other party had been advised of the possibility that these damages might occur.


8. Jurisdiction, Severability


Any action arising out of these terms or this website shall be litigated in, and only in, courts located in Nuremberg, Germany, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and further agree that they are a convenient forum for you. In the event that any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that comes close to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision.




Investment advice according to section 2 para. 2 no. 4 German Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz (WpIG) and investment brokerage according to section 2 para. 2 no. 3 German Banking Act shall be made on behalf of, in the name of, for the account and under the liability of the responsible legal entity BN & Partners Capital AG, Steinstraße 33, 50374 Erftstadt, according to section 3 para. 2 WpIG. BN & Partners Capital AG has a corresponding license from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in accordance with section 15 WpIG for the prenamed investment services.
